The DTT IS television broadcasted on land and not on satalite and is digital; explained William Stucke the ICT Consultant. This set up box and satalite will be for sale but the government also has an ownership incentive programme for people who will not be able to afford. The process of getting the DTT will be to register and get the set up box free of charge. The challenge will be mobilizing the project and the transition from analogue to the new age digital television because one thing for sue the the analogue will disappear and the public will have nothing to watch.
